STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB JELLY 
5 c. rhubarb, finely cut
3 c. sugar

Mix rhubarb and sugar and let stand overnight. Boil 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in 3 oz. strawberry Jello until dissolved. Cool slightly. Put in containers and freeze.
