COMPANY HOT CHILI 
1 lb. ground turkey
2 lb. can hot chili beans
1 sm. can kidney beans
1/3 to 1 can Rotel (very hot, adjust to taste)
1 can beer
1 med. onion
1-2 bay leaves
3-4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Saute onions in small amount of vegetable oil, add ground turkey and cook until done, about 5 minutes. Add rest of ingredients except beer. Simmer 30 minutes. Add beer, simmer 15-20 minutes. Take out bay leaves. Serve hot, may add cheese to top, if desired. Serves 4.
