CHILI 
6 lbs. ground meat (1/2 ground beef, 1/2 chuck roast)
4 onions, chopped
8 pods garlic
2 green peppers, chopped
8 stalks celery, chopped
3 tsp. marjoram
1 lg. can (48 oz.) tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes
3-4 jalapenos, minced
6 tbsp. chili powder
3 tsp. basil
3 tsp. thyme
3 tsp. cumin
1 can tomato paste

Add altogether and cook slowly for 1 hour or more. Serves 8.
