CRANBERRY-ORANGE BREAD 
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped cranberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. orange juice
3 tbsp. oil

Combine first five ingredients. Stir in cranberries, nuts and orange peel.

In separate bowl beat together egg, orange juice and oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.

Bake in greased 9 1/2 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan 50 minutes or until done at 350 degrees. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
