CRANBERRY-ORANGE BREAD 
2 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. coarsely cut cranberries
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. salad oil

Sift flour with sugar, baking powder, salt and soda. Stir in cranberries, walnuts and orange peel. Combine egg, orange juice and salad oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring until moistened. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool.
