CRANBERRY - ORANGE BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
Grated rind - 1 orange
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. hot water
1 c. raw whole cranberries
1 c. coarse walnuts

Mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar; set aside. Mix egg with orange juice, rind, butter and water. Fold flour mixture into egg mixture until blended. Do not beat. Gently fold cranberries and walnuts. Spoon into greased 9 x 6 inch pan or smaller pans of choice. Bake 60 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool on rack 15 minutes.
