SWEET POTATO DELIGHT 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (boiled until tender)
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut (use frozen coconut, it's best)
Dash of salt, salt & nutmeg

Add butter to potatoes while hot. Cool and add remaining ingredients. Put into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with topping.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. pecans

Melt butter and mix with other ingredients. Add milk and pour over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
