1 box Pillsbury's Lovin' Lites yellow cake mix
1 pkg. Jello lite vanilla pudding
3 egg whites
3 cups skim milk
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, in its own juice
1 tub Cool Whip
Chopped nuts or shredded coconut

Follow directions on cake mix. Let cool. Poke holes in the cake with a fork. Beat egg whites until stiff and stir into vanilla pudding along with the skim milk. Spread pineapple and juice over top of cake. Cover with pudding mixture and Cool Whip. Top with chopped nuts or shredded coconut, or both.
