MICROWAVE SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
Bread crumbs (2 slices)
1 egg
Salt, pepper, parsley to taste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Form into 1 inch meatballs and arrange in a casserole dish. Cover and cook on high 8 to 10 minutes. Drain. Mix soup and milk together in a bowl, pour over meatballs. Cover and cook on high until bubbly, stirring once.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
