MUSHROOM MEATBALLS | |
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs or cracker crumbs 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt Dash pepper 1/2 c. onions, chopped (optional) 2 mushroom gravy canned or dry mix prepared Combine all ingredients except gravy. Shape into large meatballs or small patties. Bake in 350 degree oven 30 minutes; drain. Top with 2 cans of gravy or prepared mix. Bake another 30 minutes. |
