MACARONI SALAD 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked and drained
2 c. chopped celery
4 or more green onions with tops
1 green pepper, sliced
1/4 c. minced parsley
6 radishes, sliced thin
4 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese in 1/2 inch cubes
Ham in 1/2 inch cubes (optional)

Chop 3 eggs, reserving one for garnish. Add eggs to other ingredients in a large bowl; mix well.

SOUR CREAM DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar (tarragon vinegar)
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
