BARBEQUED PORK CHOPS 
1 lb. lean pork chops
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/3 c. low sodium catsup
1/4 c. water

Brown chops in skillet; drain off fat. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over meat. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Remove cover and simmer 10 minutes more. Add more water if needed.
