PORK CHOP BARBECUE 
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 lemon, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 (1/2 inch) cut pork chops

Mix water, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper and cayenne. Bring to a boil. Add onion and simmer until just tender. Add catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Place chops in 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Top each with slice of lemon. Pour sauce over all. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour, 25 minutes. Turn chops once during baking. Serves 6.
