FRUIT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
2 tbsp. cream or milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. pineapple, cubed
1 can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. maraschino cherries
1 can Royal Ann dark cherries
Light cherries, grapes
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. sugar
Pinch of salt

Mix cream cheese and 2 tablespoons cream. Add lemon juice and salt. Chip nuts and cut up pineapple in small cubes. Fold in cream. Refrigerate 24 hours.
