VEGETARIAN MEAT BALLS 
6 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs (crush crackers) add more if needed
1 1/2 tsp. salt (if you used salted crackers)

Mix together. Form into balls. Brown in oil. Put into casserole. Cover with spaghetti sauce. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Good served with spaghetti or just with vegetables as a meat.
