MEAT BALL STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 egg, beaten
1 slice bread, crumbled
1 tsp. salt
1 med. onion, chopped
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 c. beef bouillon
1/4 c. red wine
1 c. sour cream

Mix meat, onion, egg, bread crumbs, and salt until well blended. Make into very small meatballs and brown slightly in oil or butter. Add bouillon, flour, mushrooms, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, wine, and simmer until meat balls are done. Stir in sour cream just before serving. Serve over rice or noodles.
