CONNIE'S ITALIAN MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork (can be substituted with ground turkey)
2 eggs
About 6 slices hard bread, wet with water and squeeze
2 tbsp. fresh parsley
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper

Mix together and make meat balls and brown. Can be put in sauce just for a few minutes, just before serving. Also can be eaten plain.
