1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. butter
12 oz. Cool Whip
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. cold milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and butter. Add Cool Whip. Mix vanilla pudding, cold milk and vanilla. Combine with cream cheese mixture and divide into 1/2. Layer cake, beginning with cookies, followed by 1/2 of the mixture. Repeat.
