THE BUSY COOK'S GOURMET FISH
FILLETS
 
1 lb. fish fillets, thinly sliced, such as flounder
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. dried onion flakes
Salt and pepper

Place fillets in bottom of oven proof pan. Mix all other ingredients in small bowl. Smear mayonnaise mixture over each fillet. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until top of each fillet is slightly browned. Serves 4 people immediately.
