POLISH LASAGNA BUSY DAY PEROGIES 
12 cooked lasagna noodles or 1 lb. wide noodles
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 medium onion chopped or sliced
2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
12 servings instant mashed potatoes
3 c. Cheddar cheese shredded

Saute onions in butter. Prepare potatoes according to directions, add 2 cans cheddar cheese soup. Place some butter and onions in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Place 3 noodles (or 1/4 cooled wide noodles) then 1/4 potato mixture. Continue layering 4 layers. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or microwave 5 to 7 minutes or until hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
