LAZY DAY LASAGNA | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 can 14-1/2 oz. tomatoes (undrained) 1 6 oz. can tomato paste 1-1/2 tsp. salt 1-1/2 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 cup water 2 cups cottage cheese 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1 egg 8 uncooked lasagna noodles 2 cups--8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded Get Boone to make you loaf of rye bread. Cut two pieces of the bread about 1/2 inch thick. Then go over to the toaster and put them in it. Toast to a light brown. Take them out and butter them (will be hot). Then take some ham and cheese or peanut butter and put them on. Let them melt together. Repeat if still hungry. |
