BUSY DAY SMOKED SAUSAGE
SPAGHETTI
 
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (32 oz.) jar or can spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. oregano (optional)
Cooked fettuccine or spaghetti

Slice sausage into 1 inch pieces and brown in a large frying pan. Add chopped onion and cook until onion is tender. Stir in spaghetti sauce and oregano. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes or until heated through. Serve over fettuccine or spaghetti. Serves 4-6.
