SPAGHETTI WITH SAUSAGE 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. fully cooked smoked sausage cut into 1 inch pieces
3/4 c. chopped green peppers
3/4 c. chopped onions
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. pkg. spaghetti (uncooked)

In large skillet, heat oil. Add sausage, green pepper and onions, cook until vegetables are tender. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, mushrooms, basil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Cook spaghetti according to package directions, drain. Serve sauce over hot spaghetti.
