BAKED FISH CASSEROLE 
Large fish fillet
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 - 2 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. carton sour cream
1 pkg. crackers
Paprika

Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Put in fish fillet, and sprinkle over chopped green onion and green pepper. Next sprinkle on grated cheese. Mix together soup and sour cream. Spread over cheese layer. Crush crackers and spread over soup layer. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
