BROCCOLI BAKE CASSEROLE 
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3 boxes chopped broccoli
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 sm. pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 sm. onion, diced

Cook broccoli, let drain. In bowl mix egg, onion, mayonnaise, soup and Parmesan cheese. In casserole dish, layer the bottom with half broccoli, then 1 cup cheddar cheese, then 1/2 soup mixture. Repeat broccoli, cheese, soup mixture. Sprinkle top with stuffing mix. Pat with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
