CHEESE CAKE 
This recipe is for a 9"x13" pan and a graham cracker crust.

FIRST LAYER:

3 lg. pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/3 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients together; pour over graham cracker crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes to let settle before adding top layer.

TOP LAYER:

1 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and pour over First Layer, then bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes. Can be frozen, if desired. Can be served plain or topped with desired fruit filling (cherry, strawberry, etc.).
