OATMEAL BLUEBERRY PANCAKES 
1 c. pancake mix
1 c. quick oats
2 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. fresh or well drained frozen blueberries, thawed

Preheat griddle. Combine all ingredients; mix well. (Batter will be thick.) Fold in berries. Pour batter onto hot, lightly greased griddle. Spread batter to 1/4 inch thickness. Bake until bubbles break and edges are cooked. Turn and cook on other side. Yield 10-13 (3 inch) pancakes.
