OATMEAL PANCAKES 
1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. reg. or quick-cooking oats
1 2/3 c. milk
1 egg

Beat all ingredients until smooth. Pour by 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn, cook until golden brown. About 18 (4 inch) pancakes.

NO-CHOLESTEROL OATMEAL PANCAKES: Substitute skim milk for the milk and 2 egg whites or 1/4 cup frozen (thawed) cholesterol-free egg product for the egg.
