STUFFED RIGATONI 
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
4 cans water
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 stick pepperoni, sliced thin
Bay leaf
1 bud garlic
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 sm. onion, diced
Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 lb. rigatoni

Combine tomato paste, water, tomato sauce and pepperoni and garlic; simmer 15 minutes. Cook rigatoni as directed on box. Mix ground beef, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Stuff rigatoni with meat mixture and layer in baking dish alternately with sauce and grated cheese. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
