RASPBERRY PANCAKES 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk or water
1 pkg. raspberry Gladiola muffin mix

Blend egg and milk. Add package of muffin mix. Stir only until ingredients are moistened. (Batter should be slightly lumpy.) Bake on lightly greased hot griddle. Turn pancakes when tops are bubbly. Serve with warm syrup. Makes 8 (4") pancakes.
