COTTAGE POTATOES 
10 lg. potatoes
2 slices bread, pulled apart
1 lg. green pepper, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
1 sm. jar pimento, diced
1/2 lb. American cheese, diced
1/2 c. butter
Milk, corn flakes

Combine all ingredients, add salt and pepper. Place in 9 x 12 inch baking pan or lasagna pan. Pour 1/2 cup butter over. Add milk to 1/2 depth of dish. Crumble corn flakes on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

May be made up a day ahead and refrigerated. Bring glass dish to room temperature before putting in oven.
