SAUSAGE RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 onion, chopped 1 c. green pepper, chopped 1 c. raw rice 1 c. celery 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 cans water Mix these ingredients in a large bowl. Fry 1 pound sausage and drain. Put sausage in bottom of casserole dish (crumble). Pour other ingredients over sausage and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. |
