MINIATURE CHOCOLATE CHIP & CREAM
CHEESE CUPS
 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. water
2/3 c. oil
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla

Sift dry ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients and set aside. Mix the following filling ingredients: 1/4 tsp. salt 2 eggs 12 oz. cream cheese 12 oz. chocolate chips

Add filling mixture to the chocolate mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes in miniature foil cups or miniature cupcake pans.
