1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 egg white, stiffly beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. pecan halves

Stir brown sugar into stiffly beaten egg white. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet, allowing 2 to 3 pecans to each cookie. Bake in 250 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove to rack or paper immediately.
