2 egg whites
2 c. packed brown sugar
2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold in brown sugar, pecans, and salt, mixing thoroughly. Add flour; mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for about 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely before removing from cookie sheets.
