1 egg, beaten 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. top milk (evaporated milk) 1 c. flour Combine egg, milk and salt; add enough flour to make stiff dough. Roll very thin on floured surface; let stand 20 minutes. Roll up and slice 1/8" thick; spread out and dry 2 hours. Drop in boiling salted water. Cook 10 minutes. |
