CHICKEN AND HOMEMADE NOODLES 
1 whole chicken
Salt and pepper
Bouillon cubes (optional)
3 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
3 or 4 c. flour

Boil chicken in water until tender. Debone and return meat to broth. Salt and pepper to taste.

NOODLES:

Mix eggs and milk together, then add flour and salt until rolling consistency. Knead and roll out thin. Cut thin noodles and add to boiling chicken broth. Cook at least 30 minutes.
