EASY TURKEY NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's cream of celery soup 1/2 c. milk 2 c. cooked med. egg noodles (2 c. uncooked) 1 c. cooked peas 2 tbsp. chopped sweet red pepper 1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked turkey 1 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine soup and milk. Stir in noodles, peas, red pepper, and turkey. Conventional Oven: Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot; stir. Microwave Oven: Cover with a lid and microwave on high for 9 minutes or until hot, stirring twice during heating. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and bread crumbs. Brown. Spread over casserole; cook in microwave for 1 minute. |
