QUICK AND EASY CHICKEN PIE | |
1 chicken, boiled, seasoned and deboned 1 3/4 c. broth 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 stick butter 1 c. self rising flour 3/4 c. milk Place chicken in bottom of large baking dish. Pour broth over the chicken. Spread soup on top. Mix butter, flour, and milk together. Pour on top of chicken broth and soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; then at 450 degrees until brown. |
