QUICK AND EASY CHICKEN PIE 
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. cream of mushroom or celery soup

Place 1 fryer (boned, skinned, and chopped) in a buttered baking dish with mushroom soup. Mix flour, baking powder, butter, salt, pepper, and milk. Pour over chicken; pour broth over pie. Bake 30 minutes at 425 degrees.
