COMPANY POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
2 cans Campbells cream of potato soup
1 c. diced onions
1 c. sour cream
10 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 stick melted butter
1/4 c. parsley flakes (opt.)

Mix all ingredients in 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
