1 lg. bag (2 lbs.) frozen hash browns 1 can cream of potato soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 carton (16 oz.) sour cream 1/4 c. milk 1/2 c. chopped onion Salt & pepper 1/8 tsp. dill weed 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese Paprika Combine thawed potatoes, undiluted soups, sour cream, milk and onion, salt, pepper and dill. Turn into greased baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours until brown and bubbly. Serves 10. |
