FIX - N - MIX BREAD 
9 c. flour
1 tbsp. salt
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar mixed with 2 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. scalded milk cooled with
1 1/2 c. water
2 sticks melted butter

In fix-n-mix bowl, measure 9 cups flour. Do not sift. Make a well to the bottom.

In medium mixing bowl, beat 4 eggs with fork, add remaining ingredients, except butter. Pour into well of flour. Do not mix. Seal with plastic wrap, release air. Set in warm water for 30 minutes. Seal will pop off. Add melted butter. Mix well. Seal, release air. Return to warm water 30-40 minutes; seal will pop off. Knead 15-20 times on lightly floured board or pastry sheet.

Divide and shape into 4 loaves, or into rolls. Let rise 15-20 minutes. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes good sweet rolls.
