TUNA - NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 can tuna
2 c. cooked macaroni
1-2 c. crushed potato chips

WHITE SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter

Melt butter. Add flour, then milk to make white sauce. Put cooked macaroni into greased casserole dish. Add white sauce and tuna. Sprinkle potato chips over top to keep macaroni from burning, also, the added crunch and salty taste enhances the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 3-4.
