BAKED POTATO SPEARS WITH
PARMESAN DIP
 
3 lg. potatoes
1/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
Onion salt
Pepper
1 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. chopped chives

Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges. Brush with Miracle Whip. Season with onion, salt and pepper. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until tender and golden brown. Combine 1 cup of Miracle Whip, Parmesan cheese, milk and chives. Mix well.
