CHEESE GRITS 
4 c. water
1 c. grits, uncooked
1 stick butter
1 (6 oz.) roll soft garlic cheese
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Paprika

In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil and add grits. Cook for about 5 minutes; take off when done but slightly soupy. Add butter and garlic cheese (cut up in chunks) and stir until both are melted and mixed.

Beat eggs, combine with milk and add to grits mixture; add salt and pepper as desired. Mix well and pour into large casserole; top with paprika. Bake at 325 degrees until set, about 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
