FARM CHICKEN 
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. chopped parsley (opt.)
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. accent
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. salt
Bread crumbs

In saucepan melt butter and all seasonings. Set aside. Roll chicken in crumbs and paprika mixture. Place chicken skin side up in baking dish lined with foil. Do not turn chicken. Baste with sauce 2 or 3 times during baking.
