BLUEBERRY GELATIN SALAD 
2 small pkg. blackberry gelatin
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 large can blueberries

Drain fruits and mix juice with water to have 3 1/2 cups liquid. Heat juice and stir in gelatin to dissolve. Mix fruits with gelatin in a 9 x 13 glass dish and congeal until solid.

Topping:

8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Whip together cream cheese and sour cream. Add sugar to mixture. Stir in pecans. Spread over gelatin and chill.

Serves 10.
