CHRISTMAS BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
8 eggs, slightly beaten 6 slices bread, cubed 1 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled and drained 2 c. sweet milk 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard Mix all ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 Pyrex dish. Refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 35 minutes. Serves 8-10. Double recipe for a larger breakfast. |
