EGGS NEWPORT 
8 hard cooked eggs
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
Chopped green chili peppers
1 lg. onion, chopped
8 slices bacon, crisp & crumbled
1/2 c. bread crumbs, or cracker crumbs

Mix soup, mayonnaise, onion and chiles. Pour over hard cooked eggs, top with bacon and crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with toasted English muffins. Serves 6.
